Kicking off season two for us is master of pies Calum Franklin from Holborn Dining Room. The man is so obsessed with pies that he created a pie room built into the restaurant, with glass doors facing onto the street so you can watch how these beautifully crafted masterpieces are brought to life with intricate delicacy.
