The legendary Irish chef looks after Corrigan's Mayfair, Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill, Bentley's Sea Grill in Harrods in London, and Virginia Park Lodge in Virginia, County Cavan and so to open Daffodil Mulligan just off Old Street.
