The final episode of Yes Chef Season 3 is with the nicest man in the restaurant business, a regular on TV cooking shows, the Spanish legend, the man who nearly chose dentistry over food (we're so glad he didn't), chef Jose Pizarro. The Godfather of Spanish food has four restaurants to his name, with José Tapas Bar on Bermondsey Street; Pizarro, just a few yards from José Tapa; José Pizarro at Broadgate Circle; and his latest venture The Swan Inn Esher.
