Billings has been destroyed. Or has it? After Reed mysteriously receives a spooky old book titled "Billings Literary Society" she decides to reinstate what turns out to be a secret society. Meggie and Laura are honestly pretty bored with this book (how did we go from being stranded on an island to this weird book club plot line?!) but they make the most of it as they discuss some major plot-holes, the boys at Easton, and Reed as an unreliable protagonist.
