Episode description

It’s time to adopt a new mindset, a shift in thinking. Most people I talk to want to live longer, makes sense. Life expectancy in the US is increasing slowly. According to the life expectancy in 2018 it's 78.7 a slight increase from 2017’s life expectancy of 78. But the American Heart Association recently released healthspan saying , the number of years a person can expect to live in relatively good health, free of chronic disease and disabilities of aging is currently 66 years. That means there’s a 13-year gap between living and living well. It’s healthspan we should be striving to increase. Increase the number of years we live and be able to enjoy those years doing the things we love doing!

If you are looking to improve your healthspan give us a call and schedule your Complimentary Y.E.S. Fitness Strategy Session. Together we will design the perfect plan for you to achieve your health and fitness goals. This session can be in person or virtual. Call today 860-673-4293
