BIOGRAPHY:

Monique Lee has been an integral part of the YMCA for over 15 years. She initially joined the Y of Middle Tennessee in Nashville, and two years ago, she transitioned to the Arthur M Blank Family Youth YMCA, where she is Associate Executive Director. Her journey began as a Y parent volunteer, and throughout her tenure, she has held various roles showcasing her dedication to the community.

In her time with the Y, she has worked with Afterschool Programming, Active Older Adults, Community Campaigns, and membership. She has served as the Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Resource Network, and most recently, she was appointed Co-Chair of the African American Resource Network. Furthermore, she is a member of the YMCA of Metro Atlanta’s Equity Cohort, demonstrating her commitment to promoting equity and inclusion.
