Chris Rock and Will Smith got into an altercation during the 2022 Academy Awards telecast. Rock was presenting the Oscar for documentary feature and made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith. Smith initially seemed to laugh it off until he realized his wife was insulted. He then took the stage and slapped Rock across the face.
Smith returned to his seat and yelled “Keep my wife’s name out of your fucking mouth!"
