Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage has had one of the wildest careers in Hollywood history. From modest beginnings (for someone in the Coppola family, anyway) and noteworthy early movies, Cage gained notice and eventual awards for his stellar and unique work. Financial troubles and questionable spending habits may have led to a more recent onslaught of direct-to-video “paycheck” movies, but even that is punctuated by memorably bizarre performances and occasional critical praise.
