Achieve Your Goals in 90 Days

I'm so glad that you're here . You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host ? That's me , sandra Priestly . I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in .

I say random , crazy shit , which is why I called this podcast the way that I did , and I really hate long drawn out intros . So let's fucking go . A few years ago , a coach that I was working with said something that I'll never forget .

She said if you have a big dream , no matter how big it is , no matter what it is , if you have a dream that you can't stop thinking about , it means that you were placed on this earth with the capacity to achieve it . Just think about that , no matter what it is , no matter how big it is .

If you can't stop thinking about it , it means that you were , no matter how big it is . If you can't stop thinking about it , it means that you were placed on this earth to achieve it . But what about those dreams that you haven't hit yet ? What about those dreams that you've dreamt of for years and years , and years and years and you are not getting there ?

What about those . I started looking back at a huge goal that I have set for myself and it feels to me as though I'm creeping my way up there but I'm not taking those quantum leaps that I really want to .

I'm not leapfrogging over things , I am crawling like a sloth towards this goal and I started thinking about what it was that I did to jump to achieve those goals that I had set for myself . And then what I'm doing in this certain goal . It doesn't matter the goal , the process is the same .

There is something between where you are and where you want to be that gets you there , that shortens that gap . If you look at the gap between where you are and where you want to be , there is one thing that will shorten it , and that's the work .

The work that you need to do between where you are and where you want to be is daily consistency in three areas Mindset , energy and action . That's it . That's it , and the majority of the people are not willing to put in the work . The majority of people are not willing to override the default . The mindset fuckery of I can't do this .

The energy of I don't feel like it . And the action of maybe tomorrow we all have a default that's going to keep us safe . We all have a default that's going to keep us safe . We all have a default that's going to keep us stuck .

We all are going to want to listen to that bitch in the back seat that's telling us just sit , just stay , you can be safe , eat the fucking pie . You're going to be okay . We'll start tomorrow , but I'm not living my life like that . I refuse to get to the end of my life and think , fuck , what if I had gone all in , could I have ever achieved it ?

I couldn't stop thinking about that one goal and I never fucking hit it because I didn't have the discipline and the consistency of the daily action . In all three of those areas I didn't do the fucking work to get me from where I am to where I want to be .

And the more that I thought about this , and the more that I thought about the women that I was working with , and the more that I thought about how some of them were achieving incredible things multimillion dollar contracts , $100,000 contracts , sales of their company , achieving massive weight loss , achieving everything that they really wanted to .

And then there were some good success and then fell backwards .

Good success and then fell off the wagon , so to speak , and I thought about how is it that I can help those women , how can I help those women who succumb to the bitch in the back seat , those negative thoughts , the person that that that mean girl , that devil on the shoulder that just says , no , you know what , like , let's not show up today .

That bitch in the back seat that is trying to drive the car that is just saying you know what , let's just stay in the garage today , let's not go anywhere , let's not try to get to that destination , let's just stay where it's warm . It's easy to listen to her , and we have to override her in order to hit our goals .

And so , in 2025 , I am going all in and I'm taking women with me . I've created something called the work with Sandra Priestly . No matter what , if you have a goal and you have the capacity to achieve it , let's just shorten the timeframe by doing the work right .

Fucking now , what if you could achieve the goal in 90 fucking days , because you focused every single day for 90 days to train the bitch in the backseat to shut the hell up , because you're the one that's driving ? What happens if you could just do focus every single day . 90 days , where would you be ?

One of the problems I see is this wishy-washy energy of I'm all in for three days and then I'm all out for three weeks . That isn't going to fucking cut it , but I want you to achieve your goal by 90 days .

I want you to even make huge quantum leaps towards your goal in 90 days and in order to do that , we got to do the fucking work , and we have to do the work every single day . Think about someone who's trying to stop drinking . They need the mindset work , the energy work , the actions towards the goal that they're trying to achieve .

They need people supporting them , they need a place to go , where they are accountable , and that's what I'm offering and that's what I'm doing for all of 2025 . I am focusing on the work and I'm taking you with me 90 days , 90 bucks for the first 10 people that join . We start January 1st and you can join any day .

I am the girl who will start a diet on a random fucking Thursday , december 12th , when everyone else is just amping up and eating all the things . That's when I will start . So do I believe you need to start on January 1st ? Fuck , no , but you know what Most people like to . So that's when we're going to start January 1st .

What if you could achieve everything you desired by just having the commitment , the dedication , the discipline to do what you need to for your to improve your mindset , to improve your energy and to take action towards your goals ? That's all you need to do , and there should be no , there should be no guilt you did or you didn't .

And let's just every single fucking day . I want you to achieve your goal and I don't want you to say at the end of 2025 , oh , you know , I half-assed it . I half-assed it for an entire year and I didn't see my goals . I didn't reach my goal . I didn't even reach part of it because I was half in and half out , because I started and then I stopped .

If you are going to drive your vehicle from Edmonton to Vancouver , you can't start and stop and start and stop and start and stop and expect to get there in a day or two . But what if you had someone ?

What if you had someone in your passenger seat that was encouraging you all the way along and you were with a caravan of people and they were all trying to get to some destination along the way . I believe this offer will change your fucking life .

Daily Accountability for Goal Success

I believe every single person in the 90 days will move towards their goal or will achieve their goal , or will achieve it and start a new one . I believe it to the core of who I am . I know mindset , energy and action . Every fucking day will change your life , and I also know that the majority of people will fall off without accountability .

Why do I know this ? Because I used to be a fucking beach body coach and let me tell you , accountability groups work . Am I going to hold your hand through it ?
