Welcome back to another episode of what the fuck did she just say ? And I'm going to tell you . I feel as though I am coming to you , i don't know , from the middle of like a bomb exploded in my house . We happen to be renovating our entire main floor . So that means new windows , new flooring , new paint , new ceiling paint , new kitchen , new everything .

And I got to tell you the renovation part . I am not digging . If you're , you've been following me on my feng shui page or in my group , from here to extraordinary with the feng shui chick , you'll know that clutter drives me crazy . Now , does that mean that my house is always clutter free and perfect ? No , who wants to live like that ?

Who can live like that ? I don't know . I don't have a big enough house to have a spot for absolutely everything , even though I try . But a lot of times the spots that I have for things are like my Monica Geller closet in my office . It is full of shit , you know . Or several junk drawers like I am not immune , i don't live perfectly .

One of my friends said that when she first started following me , you know she , she thought , oh , that's super nice for her , but I can't live like that . I have four kids . I live like I actually live there . And then she realized I don't live like perfectly , i don't don't have everything , doesn't have a spot , even though I wanted to , but I do try .

The reason why I try is like 7000 fold . The first reason why is because it makes me fucking baddie . I am just , i think , naturally anxious or maybe naturally ADHD . I took an online test , just as a side note . I took an online test a little while ago and I scored as having severe ADHD And I thought it was kind of bullshit .

Like I thought , no , i don't have ADHD , i'm perfectly fine . And you know what ? it's the buzzword lately everyone says that they've got ADHD , everyone says that they you know , they are neuro diverse And so I kind of don't like to own anything . That is a buzzword , but B , but I don't actually know . So I will own the dyslexia thing , but ADHD .

I thought , okay , i'm scoring high on an online test , but maybe it's bullshit . All of a sudden I started to pay attention . I realized that there are a lot of times when I am so not focused , like I will be having a conversation with the kids And one of the two of them will say can you finish a sentence , but can you just finish a thought ?

Well , as it turns out , i can't , unless I'm in , like sensory deprivation tank . I really am all over the place , like completely all over the place in a conversation . I really need to be in my office no distractions , like in order to focus , and so you can well . So that's the first .

The first thing is like I am completely about shit crazy when I am in a cluttered environment . Number two clutter is undone tasks . So I feel not only distracted but completely overwhelmed by all of the things looking at something going that needs to go back . I need to put that away . I need to do those dishes , i need to . I don't do something .

I need to get this stuff away from me . They're all undone tasks . Third clutter slows down the chi And you want your energy , cheese energy . You want the energy in your home to meander .

You don't want it to be completely minimalist to the point where you just have four white walls and a white kitchen with nothing on the counters and a white table and white couches And that's it . Like you don't want that , because you would be like , oh my gosh , it would be way , way , way too much .

So you want to have the energy sort of slowly moving through your space , but you don't want it to stop because there's a whole bunch of stuff everywhere . I always say the chi moves where , or chi flows where your eyes go or where my eyes go anyway . But the problem is is if there's a whole bunch of stuff , you get stuck there .

So you want the energy to flow and meander . You want like points of interest , but you don't want a whole whack of crap .

So and the other thing is too , when your space is full of stuff , you can't open up to other possibilities , and so you really want to be careful and cognizant that everything that you have in your space has a space and intended place to be , and you want to surround yourself with things that represent your higher self And you want to surround yourself with

things that are really meaningful . I currently am surrounded by like the backs of a whole stacks of pictures and like beds that are in my dining room And it's just stressing me right the hell out .

And it's getting to the point where I'm just literally standing in the middle of the room just spinning like a fucking top , like I absolutely am completely not functioning And it's such a good reminder . You know , i know that this too shall pass .

I know that our home is going to be absolutely amazing And this is just a very short period of time , But I might need some out of that to get me through it , because I really am not functioning well within it .

So reminder that if you're feeling overwhelmed , if you're feeling stressed , right the hell out , if you're feeling like you can't take anything more on , you can't calm down , you're way too distractible , you can't relax , you can't sleep . Take a look at your space .

Unless you're in the midst of a renovation , that is a temporary thing then take a look and see , like , what is in your space that no longer serves you . What is it that you're looking at in your home that doesn't have a home ? Can you find it at home ? And , if not , are you ready to release it ?

Is everything in your home representing something that you want to have in the next level version of you ? And the next level version of you the person who has achieved the goals , let's say , or the person who you strive to be or you strive to achieve to be .

Are you surrounding yourself with items that represent that next level person , or are you surrounding yourself with items that maybe represent the past you , and then you're wondering why you're stuck in the past . See how that works , anyway . So this has been a little decluttering , a push for decluttering .

If you are not yet in my free group , i'm currently doing a free like a decluttering challenge . I love it . It's called Room for Miracles . We got to make Room for Miracles , so get a declutter . But I will link the challenge below . You can either just come into my group It's super fun Or you can sign up for my email list Also .

Kick ass , and you can get the challenge come right to your email . It is a super fun challenge And it really allows allows you to really understand how magical your space can really be . Even just by decluttering , you can see yourself have opportunities .

New opportunities can come to you and just feeling better , looking better , and when you feel good , you can open yourself up to achieving and breathing in more good things And you'll be able to see that magic's right there for you . And when your hands are not full of yesterday's stuff , you can open up your hands to collect more amazingness .

So I hope that helps And by the time I'm coming to you next week I'm hoping that my office is all cleared out and all new . I'm getting a new paint job , so no longer for the blue walls . I'm not sure what I'm going to put on there , but possibly some killer wallpaper .

So stay tuned for that , and you can check out the progress that I'm making on my Facebook page . All right , have an amazing day And we will see you next week .
