¶ Podcast Host Shares Self-Worth Insights
I'm so glad that you're here . You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host ? That's me , sandra Priestly . I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in .
I say random , crazy shit , which is why I called this podcast the way that I did , and I really hate long drawn out intros , so let's fucking go . Oh my God , do you know what today is is Well , it's Feng Shui Friday , yes , but it is day 30 of my 30 days of daily podcast challenge . I freaking did it . I am so excited for me this has been .
I mean , if you could , you , if you could go back in time and feel how I felt , if you were intuitive , just go back , feel how I felt , feel how I was digging my heels in not wanting to even record weekly podcasts . I have convinced myself . I made it mean that they needed to be perfect .
I convinced myself I didn't have time , which was PS bullshit I had . I had just convinced myself and I'd gotten into this vibration and this space and this feeling of like I don't want to release podcasts . I can't do it . I don't want to . What do I want to say ? I don't even have anything to say . I mean it , I don't want to . What do I want to say ?
I don't even have anything to say . I mean , I clearly always have something to say . I always . I just have to press , play press record , get on Zoom , get on Voxer , get on Telegram , and something will fly out of my mouth . I always have something to say and I just trust that I'm being divinely led . I shifted what it meant to release podcasts .
I took on a challenge 30 days and I frigging did it . And now I'm gonna take on another 30 more , or 90 or 365 , I don't really know but I'm just gonna keep going . I'm gonna keep going . I'm gonna keep going . I'm gonna keep going , but I'm just going to keep going .
I'm going to keep going , I'm going to keep going , I'm going to keep going and I'm going to promise to myself that I'm going to show up because it matters , because when we stand in integrity to our word , shit shifts .
So today , feng Shui is Friday , so we're going to talk about how we can stand , how we can create this shift in our space as well , because any time that I am coaching with someone , any time that I am doing a course , and specifically this week , when I was really helping women see worthiness in a different way and improve their worthiness so that they can
manifest anything that they really desire . Ps , you can still get in on this , the link is in the show notes and we're going to do part two , which is what the fuck did she just manifest . That starts tomorrow . I'm so excited . No , sorry , it starts Sunday . It starts Sunday , oh my gosh , anyway .
So anytime we're going to change something , we're going to up-level in some way . I'm going to tell you that what we can do is we use our space to cement in the change that we've made .
So we have done four days up until this point of improving your self-worth , of making shifts , of making you see self-worth in a different way , of making you more aware of what is happening in the world and how you can see that shift to be self-worth .
¶ Embracing Self-Worth Through Space Maintenance
One of the examples that I gave was Pamela Anderson . I watched a video and I shared it in the group . Pamela Anderson she was getting ready for I think it was Paris Fashion Week . She was getting ready , she had this beautiful outfit on and she just didn't . She just decided that she didn't want to sit in makeup all day .
And so she went to Paris Fashion Week with no makeup on and she said I actually thought no one would care , no one would notice , but everyone noticed and it became this like now Pamela Anderson , like really being this sex symbol and always done up .
Now , all of a sudden , pamela Anderson is this pioneer of fresh face , no makeup , freedom and improved self-worth . It's improved self-worth at the core of who it is . I listened to this video where she talked about how she just she had purchased her grandmother's home . She renovated it .
It's in British Columbia , on the on the water , and she renovated it and she just felt like she just sat in her garden and just really connected with who she was at the core . And wearing no makeup is who she is now . And it has become this movement of embracing your inner beauty which is self-worth .
And when we have self-worth , we can go for the things that we want , we can achieve the things that we want , we can receive from the universe everything we've ever desired . When our self-worth is our ceiling , we better raise the roof .
And so now , once we shift all of this , I use this , I use my space and I will help women use their space to cement in that shift . So how can we mirror the shift in self-worth to our space ? Similar to my podcast challenge where I commit I commit to showing up every single day on this podcast .
We can commit to doing one thing in our space every day to honor our space and to honor the shift in self-worthiness . This might look like making sure the dishes are done every single night before you go to bed . This might look like making your bed every single morning .
Do you know how much more amazing it is to go to bed when you look and your bedroom is all nicely like , the bed's made and clothes are away and everything looks beautiful , and at the end of a long day , you walk into your room and it feels beautiful . Oh , we're worth it . This might look like even I do this all the time when the days get shorter .
When the days get shorter , I will go into my bedroom and turn on the side lamps . It just feels so . It's like a different vibe , like just an inviting , beautiful ambiance .
When you do that , this might look like you choosing to clear the clutter in your entrance every single night before you go to bed , or every single day before you leave the house , making sure that all of the shoes and all of the coats and all of the mitts and everything else is in the closet , in the hall closet , with the door closed .
This might look like you putting the laundry away as soon as it's washed . I know I have seen so many people say that they just like wash the laundry and fold it and then it sits in the laundry baskets , fold it .
But this might look like you just up leveling in one tiny little bit , one little thing , one thing that you're committing to to honor your space , and it reminds your brain that you are worth it .
¶ Manifesting Self-Worth Through Daily Rituals
One of the other things that I love to do is suggest , every single day , you're going to open a window or open a door to let fresh air come through , to clear the space . Maybe , every single day , you're going to diffuse some type of beautiful essential oil in your space to up-level the space in that way .
Maybe , every single day , you are going to use incense or use Palo Santo , or maybe use sage just to clear the energy every single day . Maybe , every single day , you're going to light a beautiful organic soy candle .
Maybe , every single day , you are going to create a coffee bar and as you brew your coffee and as the coffee flows down into your mug , you look at it and you are thinking about all of the things you're grateful for and you connect your coffee to gratitude . Maybe every single time you fill the kettle and you wait for the kettle to boil .
And you wait for the kettle to boil , you start saying affirmations I am worthy , I am enough , I deserve greatness . I show up in the world , I listen to my intuition , I choose faith . Every moment of every day , I release all my worries to God , I give it to God and I show up in my own brilliance .
If you did that , just that one thing connected your worthiness to your space . I'm telling you and you committed to doing that thing every single day shit gifts . So right now , right as you're sitting here thinking because I know you're thinking , I know the worlds are turning I'm telling you what can you do in your space ?
And you're thinking what can I fucking do in my space ? Sandra , let me think . What should I do ? You know , it'll be one thing that just would shift your energy greatly . What would it be ? Maybe it's just decluttering one space , decluttering your bedroom and committing to keeping it decluttered . And here's the thing your brain might go .
Are you really going to follow that ? Are you really going to follow through ? Are you really going to keep that up , sandra ? I don't know , because that's what our brains do . Do you think , when I took on this 30-day podcasting challenge , that I took it on , I was all excited , and then , instantly , my brain goes are you fucking kidding me ?
You can't do weekly podcasting releases on your own . You can't do this . You're going to fall . Wait a minute . Should you commit to that ? What if you can't do this ? You're going to fall . Wait a minute . Should you commit to that ? What if you can't do it , sandra ? Maybe it's not for you ? I don't think you should .
Okay , our brains are going to do that because they're wired to keep us safe . They're wired to keep us small , though , too , and this podcast is not about keeping you small . This podcast is about you stepping into your fucking brilliance and you getting over your resistance . That resistance is what's cropping up , and we are not going to lean in on that .
We are going to lean in on worthiness and doing the things that you know will eventually lead or immediately lead , to you achieving greatness . Let's fucking go . Thank you so much for listening .
