You see… talking is something I have never had a problem with. Truth is that since kindergarten my teachers have written “Robbin talks too much” on my report card!
What I learned is that I just need to treat my messaging for my audience like I was sitting across the table with my BFF!
So before I can do that… I have to really know them like my BFF… understand their struggles, discover their strengths, speak their language, and feel their emotions.
