RAW Reports/Dynamite Lineup/Ring of Honor Update

for Survivor series may go down in history. Is the most nothing happening go home show I ever saw. Well, we'll talk about it here. We'll get the ratings tomorrow. I hear by predict that this third hour is going to die, the death of all deaths might even be a record because it is. We're in daylight savings time now, which means the third hour usually does a bad number, and then the third hour of this show today horrific number.

As usual. They advertised one match and they didn't deliver the one match they advertised, and the main event was Ray Mystereo and Bobby Lashley literally with nothing announced on the line, although it turned out that because Ray lost. He got removed from the Survivor Series team thirty minutes.

There was a the last hour of Raw, from ten thirty to eleven, there was an eleven minute wrestling match and nothing else, I mean commercials, entrances, video packages, commercials, eleven minutes of anything of value in the last thirty minutes of the show. So it will die. But we'll talk about that tomorrow. We have the lineup for Survivor Series,

all of the matches. They just randomly announced all the champion versus champion matches because the feeling is that, well, you know what's gonna happen, so we don't need to promote or anything like that. We'll just announce on online all of these matches we're going to have. So we'll talk about Raw here today we'll talk about Survivor Series. We have also got the Wednesday Dynamite lineup. We've got six segments announced for the show. This is the fallout

to Full Gear. We've got the line up so far for a Ring of Honor, which is the end of an Era, Final Battle, the end of an Era for Ring of Honor. It is time for our annual Whale Scouts fundraiser, in which I offer many things at auction to help raise funds for Whale Scout. It's my wife's nonprofit five oh one c three. The money goes towards habitat restoration. A lot of times. There's a golf course down in in bothela former it's the former Wayne Golf Course. That's what they call it right now. They haven't got a new name for it yet. It's just former Wayne Golf Course and it was purchased by the city and it's being

turned into a park. And so there's a lot of work that needs to be involved and Whale Scout is helping with that. Habitat restoration helps the salmon salmon, of course, you know people eat salmon, Whales eat salmon. There's a lot of a lot of hard work that goes into all of this, and Whale Scouts helping out all around

the community. And so we raise funds every year for Whale Scout and uh, you can write it off one C three and all of your all of your donations go towards tools, plants, mulch, all that other stuff that you do when you work outside. Not my forte, but anyway, I hear there's a lot of stuff you need when you work outside. So what we're doing here for the the auction is I've got five things that I will be auctioning off this year, and four of them are

guest host spots on The Brian and Vinnie Show. In fact, this week we're finally getting the final two guest hosts from last year to do their shows. So tonight Michael Ruiz will be joining us to review full gear with Videan Craig as well as the Granny segment, and on Thursday, Steve Sharp will be joining us to talk a W and n x T. You can you can join the show via phone. You can join the show via Skype, audio and video. I can even probably make zoom work

if that's what you have available. But you get to co host with us if you would like to make a suggestion for what we review. I will consider strongly the suggestion, but I can't guarantee. I can't guarantee anything. We won't be watching the room. If someone offers a hundred thousand dollars for a guest host spot, I will consider the room. Other than that, it's probably not happening.

Now, to be fair, it ain't gonna be cheap because that costume is so hot. There's a chance that I would die doing the show in the outfit. So we'll talk about it. But I was the costume named Orca? Hangman Page has declared November seventeen National cowboy S Day. I can't read it here on the air. He will hold celebrations for the day on this week's

a W Dynamite. Hangman Page released a statement. If you can imagine that Hangman Page is declaring when state of Ember seventeenth as the first National cowboy S Day, with celebrations live from his home state of Virginia this week on Dynamite. Hangman Adam Page will continue to increase his strength and cardio vascular training at additional dynamic and static stretching to his routine to limber out his rigid frame and study the vegan diet in order to prepare for

the number one contender, Brian Danielson. I should note, by the way that I believe that Bryan Daniels is no longer a vegan. That's what draws ratings more than anything else. But I'm sure that it is a viewer if you just tune in, it's going to be

And come on, alright, we got to championship matches made for the Final Battle pay per view. This is the end of an era for Ring of Honor.

The company will return around WrestleMania weekend. And I've heard nothing different. I mean I've I've mentioned this before a lot of people when this this news came down, that Ring of Honor was basically going dark and everybody is going to be free to go wherever they want at the end of the year, actually after Final Battle, everybody can go wherever they want. And they're gonna essentially be returning the first quarter of or actually probably it'll be

wrestle Mania weekend. It's gonna be the first show and it's gonna be quote reimagined. But what it is going to be is a super indie with syndicated television all over this country. And you know, from talking to two people there, I mean a lot of fans thought this is this is a way. It's like w CW. Remember when they their season finale, and the season finale was they went out of business. Uh. From every everything that I've heard, they are actually reimagining and they are actually

going to come back. But this is the end of this era. We've got Bandido versus Jonathan Gresham for the r O H title. We have got the O G K which is Matt Taven and Mike Bennett versus the Briscos for the tag team titles, and bro I mean the Briscoe has got to win the belts at the end of this era, right they have to. They're they're the most legendary team in the history of Ring of Honor by like leaps and bounds. Nobody even is is close. They've been there from day one. They need to win

the titles on whatever the last day would be. And then Shane Taylor versus Kenny King. And of course it's interesting because what do you do with your your championship. I mean, there's not gonna be anyone under contract anymore, Your your champions will be non contracted talent, and so I mean you kind of have to think what's gonna

happen with these people. Like if if Banddo is immediately going to try to sign with w w E, there's no way you put this belt on him because if he goes to w w E, he's not dropping it before he goes. Same thing with Jonathan Gresham. Does Jonathan Gresham have interest in going to w w E or not. If somebody had interested in going to wherever they can have a working agreement with the Ring of Honor when they do their super indie stuff, then they're your choice

as champion. I don't know what the interest is with the Briscos. Obviously the the Briscos, there was interest from w w E, but then j Brisco did some tweets and suffice to say that was the end of the interest in him by w w E. Maybe the same thing with with a w I don't know New Japan it will make his tweets will make any difference whatsoever in terms of New Japan. I mean, I don't want to say that they'll take anybody, but they'll take the Briscoes.

So I guess we'll see who ends up with the titles, but things are changing well. I think I would write that story the Briscoes getting the belts, for sure. I don't know even if w W had interest in them, if that's something that they would want to do. They don't have to do anything. Literally, they could just stay on the farm and be completely satisfied with that. And I don't know if they would ever want to upproot and go to their not going to Florida, that's for sure.

So then it's do you put them on the main roster with a type of schedule that they would want, because I don't ever see them needing W W E to do anything when they could have their pick and choice of the indies. When it comes to the title, I don't know necessarily if Bandido, if he's not signed, do you work on to deal with him where he comes back and okay, we're gonna drop the title here

by the time he gets closer. Will they sign four guys so they have four people that they know are going to be on every show that maybe have the ability to get out of that contract with notice if they are signed by a W or W w E. I don't know, you know, I think we're not gonna be able to tell the story about Ring of Honor and what they're gonna do until they decide to start laying it out and doing it at the beginning of

next year. I think as of now, yeah, it's difficult to have anybody but title belts on him, but it's not impossible because this is the way it works for the rest of the indies. So I will be very interested to see if they try to cover up their back end here or you know, what belts do you get rid of them? In that case, what do you need? You only need a world title, You only need tag titles. You're not on TV. I mean, yes, technically you're on Sinclair,

But do you need a TV title? Do you need six man titles where you don't have anybody under contract and you've got a lot of you know, figures in play? Then at that point, you know, so, I think one of the first things you're gonna see is contraction, I think for sure. All right, the first co host spot is up on eBay right now. He wanted to continue the storyline and a video released over the weekend by famous YouTube chiropractor and wrestling fan Bow High Tower. You ever watched these? Oh man? I have? Oh have I ever? He said he had dealt with bad vertigo since he said he can get bad while he is wrestling and working while things are spinning. It is a new skill he has had to inherit wrestling in his spinning ring. That's new skill, all right. So

I guess we'll find out. But I mean, Dave mentioned last night that among his many injuries are his neck is bothering him, and I would not be the least bit surprised if he had some issue with his neck. That was what was actually causing his his what he is calling vertigo. Because there are others that have had that same issue. I think Lance his his necks has caused him some similar issues. So we can talk to him about that on Friday. But one way the other

is gonna get checked out tomorrow. And yes, this uh, this chiropractor. They have this thing, h A S M R. What do the kids call it? I've heard of, but they have this A S m R chiropractic where these chiropractors put up these these microphones so that you can watch YouTube videos of chiropractic and listen to the cracking as they get adjusted. And of course, you know, if you watch the videos, it's like somehow the only people that come to get chiropractic are like really attractive women

in very very tight yoga pants. It's incredible. Anyway, these these videos got like, you know, five billion views just some woman getting cracked. But what you can do, what you can do is you can google. I mean, you know, yoga pants are cool and everything, but google ring Dinger, specially when you're putting your ring on YouTube. Ring Dinger. It is a it is a chiropractic technique that I would never do in a billion years. There's no whale scout auction that you could do to have me get

a ring digger. Let's just put it that way. Would you go to any chiropractor? I mean they're very controversial. Yeah, I go to a chiropractor just because you're a wrestler, though, I mean that's part of wrestling, Like crack your back, they crack your knack, you go home. But not the ring dinger. whole show was about. Biggie and Kevin Owens are feuding, but they're not wrestling in Survivor Series. They're gonna wrestle down the road. Biggie and seth Rawlins are feuding, but they're not wrestling in Survivor Series. They're wrestling down the road. Becky Lynch and Live Morrigan are feuding, but they're not wrestling in Survivor Series. They're gonna wrestle down the road. It's this whole thing is a bunch of matches with

like there's no consequences any of these matches. It's like, it's what difference does it make to a pay per view one of their biggest of all time that they have not been building to. That's what The whole build to the Survivor series is the lack of build. That's what it's all about. Hey, here's some matches, you know where These aren't gonna be the matches. We know these aren't gonna be matches. We're gonna shuffle these up later

on and then they go home for the show. Yeah, we're gonna have a show and there's gonna be you know. By the way, folks, this is the only time that Robert SmackDown competitors go. Actually, it's funny you mentioned that, Mike. It's funny you mentioned that because I was listening on SmackDown and they don't say that Survivors series. This is what they don't say. They don't say a Survivor series is the one time every year that Raw and SmackDown

face off against each other. They don't say that. They say, Uh, it's the one time per year that Raw and SmackDown face off against each other. It's Survivor Series. I'm not even kidding. Go back and listen to it. So they're actually not lying. It is the one time per year that Raw and SmackDown face off against each other at Survivor Series. So they've got their tagline, it's it's it's exactly like what I was talking about with Roman Reigns

bending the knee. Do you remember when Cody was challenging and he said, if I don't win, I will never challenge for the world title again. It's been years and people are trying to figure out, well, how are they gonna get around it? What are they gonna do to like get around it. Blah blah blah blah blah. That's all he does is fine ways to get around lying to you. On SmackDown, they said this classic it was.

It was Xavier Woods against Jay Ussa last week and the storyline was if if Xavier Woods won, j Uso would have to bend the knee, so he wins. But before Juso bends the knee, the heels just all attack Xavier and he never bends knee. They just totally didn't

do what they promised. Okay. Then they come back a week later and they say, on this show it is going to be Xavier Woods versus Roman Reigns, and it's the same step, like they literally reneagued on the stipulation and then a week later had the balls to say we're gonna do it again. Okay. So Roman Reigns says, if I can't make Xavier Woods bend the knee, I will bend the knee and if I don't, I will

never appear on SmackDown again. I think he said you can strip me the title or something crazy thing like that. So they tried to convene to that. Even though we unique last week, well this week, we're really going to do it. So they do the match and Xavier wins via disqualification when the usels just beat him up and they beat him up and they kill him, and then Roman Reigns goes and he gets on one knee so

they can put the crown on his head. So, in fact, based on what they told you, based on what they sold to you, he did not bend the knee to Xavier Woods, but he did put his knee on the mat so they could put the crown on his head. This is the kind of stuff that they do, okay. So yes, it is the one time per year that Raw and SmackDown faces off against each other at Survivor Series. So even though they face off against each other a hundred times during the year, they're actually not lying about

the step. Oh my god, it's like like having lawyers and a crisis management pr ke right up your story lines, you know that's what that is. Okay. So they had Biggie and Owens feuding with each other, and then the USOS ran down, and then Riddle ran down. There was a big brawl. So he Bill says, I'm gonna do something unorthodox. I'm gonna make this a tag match. Well that's never been done. Who wrote that line? Someone new tag match player. So we have Biggie and Riddle versus

the us OS. It goes three minutes to a d Q, and then of course, you know whoever runs in, Rawlins runs in, and then Orton runs in, So then we get a six man and we had Rawlins Ussos versus Biggie, Randy, Ordan Riddle. They went about thirteen minutes. It was a

perfectly serviceable professional wrestling match. And uh then seth Rawlins just, um, he's been Riddle clean in the middle of the ring, didn't pull the tights, nothing, the He'll just pin the baby face, not thing up for a title match or anything. Just pinned him. So that was that, and then Biggie beat up j and said to tell Roman, I'm ready that was the full build the Champion Versus Champion Survivor series.

Now we move on to like other feuds on rob An Interview, three hour show, there was not much to add to this thing whatsoever. It was a long three hour show. I don't understand why I have to be put in a position to hate Adam Pierce. I thought you had a heal dynamically really one segment in I'm just that's what I'm saying. Why that's my only takeaway

from this show? Because it was a pain by numbers show by the time you get done talking about it, my biggest takeaway, Why do I have to hate Adam Pierce? Why that's it? Because other everything else they did, as far as shuffling the mysterios out and adding in lastly last week and then Austin theory this week, everything they did to kind of get to the end. I mean,

it wasn't very good, but then they got there. But like, that's the big shining thing of the show is why are you putting me in a position to go back to the heel authority character? Other than that's all you know how to do, so you fall back. Why there is no other than well, that's why well, when you were talking about Jonathan Gressi, let's say he wants to be signed by w W. E let me tell you something.

Of all the people out there, Jonathan Gresham not being signed by w W. A just that's the way that one goes. Sorry. So Bianca bel Air is in the back and in storyline she's getting ready for a match that hasn't been announced yet. So she's standing there ready to go to the ring, and she just said, does anything one I want to do drop? Well, it turns out d drops not there. So in storyline, what are you gonna go to the ring for? Luckily to Mina walks up and says, I'll face you, and they immediately

play Bianca's music. It's not even like this was a setup for down the Road like in storyline, she's just waiting there to go through the curtain for a match that's not even signed or announced. When she got to the building, didn't she ask around? Like so Bianca fases to mean it was five minutes. It was not very

good and bi uncle one. Becky Lynch does a promo talking about how she used to be friends with Charlotte, but then you know Charlotte's selfish and horrible person, and so she's going to beat the p out of her at the pay per view. She gets interrupted by liv Morgan, who she's not facing at the pay per view. They have a long promo segment about how when Becky left she told Live that when I returned, You're gonna be the champion. But then she returned and Live wasn't the champion,

and so she just gets buried by Becky. I'm sorry her performed. Crowds dead for this segment. They don't care about this Live Morgan character because why should they. I mean, she does underperformance storyline, and so Live calls her a name, slaps her, and they're gonna wrestle after Survivor Series. We had Orton yelling at Riddle for always getting involved in feuds that they're not a part of. It's led to this tree profits is his alpha academy. They just put

over Otis like a monster. He just malls everybody and then his team loses. They pin Gable. We had Ray Masterio yelling at Adam Pierce about taking his son off the Survivor Series team, and so Pierce gets mad and signs him to a match with Bobby Lashley and by the way, to cut to the chase, Ray loses and so Adam Pierce removes him from the team. No STIPs, no nothing, the third hour of raw seconds right here, Okay, just to say that. I mean, if you wanted to actually have layers and make this a heel turned by Adam Pierce,

that worked. He would have actually booked Lashly and it's something where theory they both got matches or they both were in there before the mysterios were But instead you don't do that, and you're booking this on the fly, and that's just even more annoying. If this is the direction you want to go with Pierce, put some layers into it instead of just having him come out there makes stupid decisions to make up for the fact that apparently he made stupid decisions. And what does it matter anyway,

if these two are the gms of both brands. Queen Selena beat Nikki Ash in three minutes. The storyline is that Nikki Ashes one half of the women's Take Team champions, but she's a failure and a loser. It would be a detriment to the Survivor Series team. She ranks below Queen Selina and we had a rear Ripley defeating Carmela, so you know they traded wins because they're gonna fight for the tag team titles, not at Survivor Series, but

down the road. Biggie was threatened by Adam Pierce not to get involved into Kevin Owens match, so he was a nice trooper, nice soldier. He did not get involved because the heel GM told him not to. Kevin Owens beat Finnbalor, besting on the show by a country mile. Kevin Owens one with the stunner clean in twelve minutes. You gotta watch one thing on the show. This is the only thing to watch. We had a j and Omas doing bad comedy. This led to a j Omas

versus Rude and Ziggler. Ruten Ziggler were entitled contention. Like a couple of weeks ago. Here they got squashed two on one by Omas and then a j tag didn't hit the forum and one three minutes and then his

note of the last half hour of the show. Ray Entrance commercial Survivor Series preview recap of Lashly and Dominic Bobby Lashlely Entrance n XT commercial, Raw Talk Plug Main Events starts commercial break and we come back for like eight minutes of the match, not even making this up, and uh, Bobby Lastly beat the heck out of him forever. Ray Mysterious screwed up his own six one nine. Bobby Lashley beat him with the yes lock. Adam Pierce came out and took Ray out of the match because he said,

it's very important that Raw has a strong team. This is what the GM of Raw and SmackDown said. He's not the GM of Rice, gym of both brands, and so to make the team strong in storyline, he removes Ray Mysterio and he puts in Austin theory. So in storyline, it is a downward move. In reality, in terms of making an actual good match for the wrestling fans, it's a downward move. Everything about this was designed to make the show worse in storyline and real Life Survivor Series

The next show after that is gonna be uh yeah, that's what it should be. Don't do a

December pay per view. And they at one point what was an Army Geddon and they were doing a different spin on that show to try to get people in. Look, just I don't see why December, in the month before rustle many you have to do that especially now with Peacock, where the numbers, the pay per view numbers of BIS don't matter. They're looking for content. You could put almost anything on there that's not first run. That's gonna cost you a bunch in production. Well, anyway, we're gonna wrap
