Owners Leon Grodski de Barrera and Areli Barrera de Grodski opened Cocoa Cinnamon on West Geer Street in Durham in 2013. Two more locations followed - 2627 Hillsborough Road and 2013 Chapel Hill Road in Durham. The couple most recently started Little Waves Coffee Roasters out of their Chapel Hill Road location. Out and About went on location to the shop to learn more about this growing brand.
