In this episode, I descend into an anxiety nightmare - as I message a girl I met 3 days ago. She attended one of my PR training events in London. In the message, I tell her I think she's beautiful. Why? Because she is. Also this week, I discuss worrying ADHD symptoms I appear to have. Plus, I read another uncomfortable message I had to send a very nice guy - a guy who I feel was ringing me more than I would like. This episode is a fucking hot mess.
