Welcome to Woody! This week Pastor Josh Parmar continues our series in the letter of 1 John, looking at the first two verses of the second chapter. Josh reminds us that we have all fallen short of the Lord's standards, but as believers we have an advocate - Jesus - who vouches for us and saves us from the penalty of sin. Knowing that is not enough, however, for us to live fulfilled Christian lives for His glory. We must continue to turn away from sin in every aspect of our lives.
