Today’s episode, we discuss the lack of “giving a shit” of our fellow brothers and sisters. The lack of trust in our leadership and carrying about the well being of junior service members. That trauma does have a cost and an aftermath effort on each and everybody, female AND male. It is not gender friendly when it comes to depression, insomnia, etc. BUT we’re here for you, and you’re not alone in the battles you fight on the inside. Males, that includes you too, because your struggles are just as serious, but talked about even less when it comes to sexual assault, harass, etc and what follows it. Again, WERE HERE FOR YOU ❤️
