Even if you’re not victim, and especially if you’re in leadership, YOU SHOULD ESPECIALLY BE EDUCATED. Be able to help your fellow service member instead of brushing this off, because you don’t care and just uneducated. Yes it’s a lengthy episode, but it’s all about the education.
