To kick off series three of the Women's Rugby Pod, none other than the England captain Sarah Hunter MBE joins Johnnie Hammond. The two catch up on their summer holidays, what The Red Roses have up to, how pre-season has been. Plus all the news from around the world including results from Africa, France and Ireland.
"Sunter" and Johnnie also get into the Premier XVs which returned at the weekend. Each game is reviewed, with the main talking points; in particular that game on Sunday between the champions Harlequins and Loughborough Lightening. Sarah tells of the moment she knew Emily Scarratt's injury was serious. Plus they look ahead to a packed autumn programme of test matches and this weekend's second round of the Premier XVs.
