"Women carry shame and guilt about how they lack, about a perfection they have not realized. This burden of shame and guilt weighs all women down, the only variable being about what each of us feels shame or "not good enough" about.  Enough I say! In today's show, I talk about how to shine a light where guilt now burdens you and where you shrink yourself in response to feeling you somehow lack. Yes, we are imperfect human beings...just as was intended. Perfection-the devil of lives not lived in joy and peace-is every woman's to no longer aspire to, in trade for living life in joy and peace!
