The Royal National Lifeboat Institution celebrates its 200th anniversary and our guest Emily Heaton recently became a Coxswain, and offers some interesting insights into what it's like being part of the lifesaving institution.

Maiya Fleming is an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. She tells us what it’s like doing an apprenticeship rather than a university degree and also what’s it’s like working in such a male dominated environment;
