Rubi Zetino’s Boundless “Charizma”

This week on Women Influencers, I spoke with Rubi Zetino. She is the Founder and CEO of Charizma Co., which helps industry leaders build and sustain a recognizable and undeniable brand presence.

We discussed her upbringing as one of seven children under the care of her single mother. Rubi credits her upbringing and the example her mother set for giving her the grit and tenacity she needed to become successful.

Rubi picked up working as a wedding photographer in order to leave her 9-5 job and spend more time with her son. Eventually, after some hardship, Rubi had to make a decision, either she was going to give up her hobby, or she was going to dive into the world of entrepreneurship. I think she made the right choice.

We spoke about influence, mindset, and the importance of not separating your personal and business lives too much.
