H.O.P.E. - Allison Weiss

This week on Women Influencers, I spoke with Allison Weiss, who built a successful CRE recruiting company from scratch and lives, works, and travels the U.S. from her camper.

We discussed her upbringing in a military family, which meant she lived in 13 different places by the time she was 15! After moving from Wisconsin to California in order to relocate for a job that required travel, Allison found herself out of sorts - even showing up to work with mismatched shoes. This led her to switch to legal recruiting, and then finally she transitioned her career to CRE Recruiting after receiving a promising message on LinkedIn. She has now been in the business for 10 years.

We discussed her decision to move into a camper, special moments throughout her career, and we both gave a piece of advice.
