Candis Pressley: CRE Entrepreneur

In this week’s episode of Women Influencers, I spoke with Candis Pressley, founder and CEO of Trinity Property Advisors - a commercial real estate firm operating in the North East United States.

We discussed how she grew up inspired and mentored by her Grandmother, who kept her focused on achieving her goals. Candis graduated from Temple University for her Bachelor’s, worked in Real Estate for a few years, and then attended University of Florida for her Master’s. Although she founded her company in 2020 amidst the pandemic, she remained calm and stuck to the plan and found success.

We discussed the challenge of transitioning into CRE, her influence on 2 recent graduates, and her advice for our listeners.
