Angie Jay spent her formative years learning how to best live the life of a devout christian girl. During these years, while a young teen, Angie Jay believed god was calling her to live out her christian calling as a missionary.
At 18, during her first week at the missionary training center, Angie Jay was forced to face the hellish abusive encounters of her past. Alone and vulnerable, Angie Jay experienced further abuse at the hands of the mission training center leaders.
Join us for Part 1 of Angie Jay's story, as she lays out the trauma, anguish and injustice of her developmental years. And, stay tuned for Part 2 where you'll get to hear the rest of Angie Jay's story -- it's the tale of a strong, brave ass beauty -- healing and overcoming the pain and abuse from her past -- offering strength and hope to the rest of us.
