Diarmuid Lyng is a former Wexford hurling captain, public speaker, media personality and founder of Facebook Free February. He was the subject of a documentary on RTE called the Geansaí and he appears regularly on TG4 and Radio na Gaelteachta. He works in schools around the country focusing on masculinity and connecting young men and women with their purpose.
In part 2 of this chat, Diarmuid talks about the importance of nature its power to heal. He discusses the beauty of the Irish language and how it helps us understand the land and see it with new eyes.
