Diarmuid Lyng is a former Wexford hurling captain, public speaker, media personality and founder of Facebook Free February. He was the subject of a documentary on RTE called the Geansaí and he appears regularly on TG4 and Radio na Gaelteachta. He works in schools around the country focusing on masculinity and connecting young men and women with their purpose.

In this chat, Diarmuid talks about the power of rituals and how they reconnect us to ourselves and the land. We compare notes on what it was like growing up with three brothers and we delve into men's circles and how men need to start creating the right conditions in order to express themselves honestly and openly and heal their wounds.
