#20 Natasha Kinsella - Ground Yourself in Nature

Natasha Kinsella has been doing energy work for many years. She is a Reiki, Rahanni, Shamanic and Crystal Teacher among many other things however she doesn't like to attach too much to these labels. She also hosts women's circles and cacao/shamanic ceremonies.

Her battle with depression thrust her deeper into discovering more about herself and connecting with nature and this was the beginning of her path into a new way of living.
