Episode description

Conor is a 29 year old ultra marathon runner from Cork. Running Ultra Marathons has given Conor the time and fodder for thought that has allowed him to delve deeply into his own mind. Throughout his journey in Ultra endurance, from winning the Enduroman 200 mile Ultra Marathon or running a loop of his patio for 24 hours straight, Conor has always sought to understand more about himself as a person.

He attributes his steadfast mindset to being his own best friend. When adversity rears its head throughout day to day life, Conor falls back on his own self talk and self belief to move him forward through these challenges.

In this deep dive with Conor, we chat about:
- How to stop focusing on outcomes
- What success means to him
- His simple 3 step formula for wellbeing
- How he moves through feelings of self-doubt and insecurity
- Why he may boycott Barrys tea
and much more...
