named Jack Smith. Is the announcement about that? And if you had any of those answers on your BINGO card, you would be fucking wrong because what did Merrick Garland do? Oh? That's right? He announced this week that he is assigning a Trump, a Trumper, to be a special counsel to investigate Joe Biden and whether or not he had mishandling of government documents top secret documents twelve, so a couple of dozen that were found at his office and his

home in Delaware. Now, I want to say a couple of things, because Merrick Garland is an amiba, he has no spine, He has shown him self to be shamelessly weak, and has been given over a million documents from the January sixth Committee, thousand plus interviews that the January sixth Committee conducted, all resulting in four criminal referral charges to the Department of Justice. That Merritt Garland has done absolutely fucking nothing. Width and let me just put a couple

of things into perspective. So Sawyer Hackett tweeted yesterday and said this days it took DOJ to appoint a special counsel after the government learned classified documents were being held for Donald Trump. It took the DOJ five hundred and fifty seven fucking days a year and a half to

do anything about getting documents back Donald Trump. That I want you'd understand Donald Trump lied about having lied about it being in a secure place, lied about what the contents of those were, then said that these are my documents, you don't have a right to them, and had his own lawyers refused to sign legal documents, saying to the Department of Justice that all of the papers that they had to go forcefully into Marrow Lago to get had all been received because they don't want to be caught

up in a Trump fucking lie and potentially, you know, put their own legal careers at risk five hundred and fifty days. Joe Biden, though, the current sitting president, who, when his lawyers realized that they had top secret documents, readily turned them over to the authorities seventy one days. It took seventy one days to appoint a special counsel for Joe Biden, the criming twice impeached insurrectionists, fucking former

president though five hundred and fifty seven days. Tell me about both sides again, tell me about how this shit works, because I really want to understand the pace at which Merrit Garland is working, which is no pace at all. I really want to understand how Merritt Garland was put in charge of the Department of Justice at a time

when our democracy is hanging on by a thread. When you have now the twice impeached former president who we know was the lead architect foreign insurrection, and we know this not because of any investigation that the Department of Justice has done, but we know this because of the January sixth Committee. We know it because of all of the interviews and all of the investigations and all of the documents that they have what Donald Trump knew and

when he fucking knew it. We also know that the man is a consistent and total fucking fraud as it pertains to his businesses which were under investigation and found guilty right in the state of New York. But somehow, when it comes to holding this motherfucker accountable, Merritt Garland is nowhere to be fucking found. Explain this to me. Somebody tweeted at me yesterday and said this, sharg said this,

I see nothing more accurate than that, because I want to be very very clear about how fucking irresponsible the mainstream media is being in their both sidesing of this document quote unquote scandal as it pertains to Joe Biden, and what they aren't offering is one the truth or any fucking nuance into the differentiation between what Donald Trump

has done and what Joe Biden accidentally did. So let me read you my two part tweet. So let me get this straight. At POTUS lawyers recognize they have documents and contact authorities to return them. Trump steals nuclear secrets, denies having them, refuses to return until home searched. But the media is playing it out as the same tell me the media is in the bag for a Republican

and Trump without saying they're in the bag. I am livid, I am white hot red as I am watching this news cycle play out as if to say that anything, anything that Joe Biden has done is at all at all comparative to what Donald Trump has done and continues to do to this country. This motherfucker, we know is a criminal. The entire Trump administration was on a fucking

crime spree for four fucking years. We know that Donald Trump didn't pay taxes for two of the four fucking years that he was president, which is one of the main reasons he didn't want to disclose his taxes because he has been doing a lot of lying and cover up. Tell people you have this amount of wealth over here so that you can secure these amount of loans over here, and then it turns out that you're not as fucking

rich as you say. And somehow, while you're in charge of the federal government as president, you are paying no taxes whatsoever, and the irs ain't come and check in for you, but somehow they can find time to check for the average fucking American. You know, I reach a point every few weeks, every few months, when I am just outdone, when I am finished with this whole bullshit

charade that we call politics. Kevin McCarthy has appointed twelve people to lead committees that voted against certifying the twenty twenty election. We watched last week as the Insurrectionist Party took our government and our democracy hostage. One of the first moves that Kevin McCarthy has done is to get rid of the Ethics Committee, the independent committee that investigates

the federal government. The committee was getting ready to guess what, investigate George Santos, who we know is a grifting, lying piece of shit. Kevin McCarthy, of course, his mom on that topic, even though every day produces yet another lie and scandal. Knowing that George Santos is under investigation, not just from the Nassau County DA, but also by the federal government for his very shady financial campaign contributions and the way that motherfucker was moving money. Kevin McCarthy stays

mook on the topic. Why why doesn't Kevin say anything? Oh, that's right, because he only has a four vote majority in Congress right now. If he were to lose Santos,

that four goes to three. Now, let me go back to Merrick Garland for a moment, because if Merritt Garland over the last two years actually did his fucking job, you know, the way that the Brazilian law enforcement readily did their job after their government was ransacked by a bunch of fucking Bolson artists and anti democratic rioters in Brazil, it amazed me to see that, oh shit, law enforcement has the ability to arrest people same fucking day they cry.

You mean, it doesn't take six seven, eight, nine months and investigating into their Facebook and Instagram pages to realize who was at the attempted overthrow of our government on January six, twenty twenty one, because there was no law enforcement there readily willing and able to arrest people on fucking sight. You know, folks, if Merrick Garland had been doing his job, those insurrectionist members of the Republican Party

would all have been under investigation and indicted. What would they have been indicted for, Oh, I don't know, some of the ones that gave her cognisance towards some of the ones who knew that the Proud Boys and the oath keepers were up to no good, who knew while they were on the dais at the quote unquote stopped the Steel rally, that the motherfuckers that were in front of them in the audience were all armed to the teeth, that they had pertinent information that they decided not to

provide to law enforcement and instead told those very people where their colleague's offices were so that harm could come to them. If those people had been rounded up, guess what would still be in control of the House. But oh, let us not for fear of seeming like we're partisan when we hold elected officials to the same level of accountability and responsibility as we do the average I don't know,

black or brown person in this fucking country. It is so evident every day that Donald Trump and every single fucking member of his inner circle is not indicted and fucking tried and thrown in jail, that white rich people get to do whatever the fuck they want in this country. The rules were not made for them. And putting people who are a lackluster have no drive or desire for justice, just the appearance there of means that you're also complicit

in the fact that you don't want justice served. Either. Tell me again about Jack Smith and how great he is, and I'll tell you again how the news cycle big uped fucking Robert Mueller and how that turned out to be an entire nothing Barger. Oh no, that's right. He offered up his report, which then Bill Barr fucking lied about to the American people. And oh wait, where's Bill Barr? Now? Oh,

that's right. He's just retired, not in jail for lying to the American people, not even paying a fucking fine for what he did to denounce the Mueller report before it was made public. Where in the report, if you all recall, there were ten ways in which Donald Trump obstructed justice. But oh, we don't indict sitting presidents, and apparently we also don't hold former presidents accountable for anything

that they do. But let us once again appoint a special counsel within seventy one days to investigate Joe Biden, but take a year and a half to do anything about Donald Trump. We have watched, folks, over the last seven plus years our country being named as a backsliding democracy.

We have watched the escalation of political violence each and every day, the latest, which, of course is not making major news coverage, because far be it for the media to actually talk about anything important and then connect the dots for the American people. No, no, no, it's much more important to harp on a nothing story as it pertains to Joe Biden and documents that his lawyers willingly turned over and were not called upon to do so.

Over the course of several years, democratic offices of several Democratic politicians in New Mexico were shot up. That's right, the homes and the offices of Democratic officials in New Mexico were shot up. But this is not news. Paul Pelosi is brutally attacked by a person hyped up on Newsmax, QAnon and Trumpism, but we don't connect that back to

Republicans and their rhetoric. As a matter of fact, we allowed them the space to make jokes and make fun of an eighty something year old man being brutally attacked because he believes all the lies that Donald Trump and Lauren Boebert and Matt Gates and Paul Gossar and Jim Jordan and Kevin McCarthy and the rest of those motherfuckers

have been spreading for years. You know, there was a part of me that wondered if Nancy Pelosi had been killed, if the insurrectionists had gotten their hands on Mike Pence, if any elected official had been killed or brutally harmed during the insurrection, would that have mattered? And I gotta tell you, I really don't think it fucking would have. I try so desperately to believe that in the end, justice will prevail like it does at the end of a Marvel movie, right that it does at the end

of a Bond movie. The villains are caught and all is well, and we can restore integrity and faith in our systems. And then I realize this isn't being written by Hollywood. It's being written by the media, who is run by right wing networks and billionaires who see sewing, discord and hate in this country as their biggest grift yet.

And guess who doesn't do anything about that. I haven't seen this administration call for I don't know, the FCC to do an investigation into Fox News over the tens of thousands of lies that they spread during the height of COVID that cost American lives. There are real things that these people can be held to account on. You just have to have the will and desire to do so.

And clearly there is no will and desire. We just think that will continue to shove this shit under the carpet, and then both sides some other shit that don't match up and say, oh, look we care about appearance and justice.

You don't. You don't. I just you know, folks. And my other thing is this, I am getting to a place where I believe that Merritt Garland should be investigated because I don't know how you have this much evidence and this much information about Donald Trump, about every single architect of the insurrection, about where the funding was coming from. How you don't investigate the Thomas's Clarence Thomas and his

fucking wife Jinny. How you don't go after in any serious way, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Donald Trump, How everyone is what two chicken shit because they think that things can't possibly get worse that people will continue to see, well, you can crime and grift and lie and not be held accountable. So oh, I guess I'll play by the rules if I'm politician. That's the messages that they are sending.

So my feeling is like, if you're Merrick Garland and you have all this information on Donald Trump and folks, and you still continue to decide not to move forward with it, as he has announced his run for president, as he has continue to foment discord and violent rhetoric, as his followers continue to get more power, and you think what is happening in front of you is better than holding these fucking people accountable and making a example of them so that what comes in their footsteps isn't

worse than what we're already ingesting on a day to day fucking basis what reality, What fucking planet is the Justice Department living on? If I were any of the people that were left there of any integrity or merit, I would fucking quit because you're just complicit. I just I don't know. I am just like the media is the worst. Our political climate is in the worst shape that it has been in. I think ever, nothing shows

any sign of changing. I think that America will just continue to decline until it is unrecognizable, which, folks, is not going to take that long. I think it'll happen in the next presidential cycle, which is twenty twenty four. So enjoy this year, right like enjoy twenty twenty three for what it's giving, because what is coming is going to be worse than what we received in twenty sixteen, what we received from the four years of the Trump administration, and what we are in for in the next two

years under a McCarthy Congress. I don't know how to tell you all to continue to have hope. What you can have hope in is what you can wrap your arms around and do in your own communities, with your own local officials and entities, from school boards to city councils, and running for office and doing campaigns for people with integrity at the local level. Because I have to tell you that I have lost every shred of hope as

it pertains to anything at the federal level. I think that you will probably see charge brought against Joe Biden before you ever see charges brought against Donald Trump. I think that Ron De Santis is the devil in Grooming, who is what we have all envisioned as worse than Donald Trump, and he is just inches away from announcing his run for the presidency in twenty twenty four and probably winning. Because he's a more polished, smarter, articulate version

of Trump that people will fall for it. He's not charismatic, he's not a leader in that way, but he knows how to maneuver the system. And if you're watching the Petrie Dish that he is playing in in Florida, just roll out some of the most egregious and disgusting pieces of legislation. That is what we are all in for. I will close with this. I saw a clip that said that Missouri Republican lawmakers are pushing for laws to have women lawmakers not bear their arms, are pushing for

laws to have women dress more modestly. These are the same people that want to demean and push back against Muslim cultures and saying that, oh, well, you know, we care women have rights here and blah blah blah blah. And yet you have Missouri Republicans literally turning their state into Gilead. Also not getting major news either. This is what we're in for folks, so buckle up, enjoyed this year. And you know, hopefully you have clarity as we move through the first quarter of this new year.
