Don't ask me why the fuck it's limited, right, because my point is that in Bill Donald Trump either incites another January sixth, or one of the many people that he is putting in his crosshairs turn up dead, then maybe then the judges on all of his fucking cases that are coming forth right now, maybe they will do what actually needs to be done, which is throw that motherfucker in jail, right because here's the thing, anyone else, anybody else would have been behind bars by now Donald

Trump's actions on truth social What he has just done is that he attacked the law clerk in the case right now in New York City, and he has put a picture of the law clerk in a photograph with Chuck Schumer, who is a public official. So yeah, you're allowed to take pictures with public officials. There is no law against that, and said that this was Chuck Schumer's girlfriend, which it is not, and posted it on his broke ass Twitter. So Judge Engern has now put a limited

gag order barring Trump from making personal personal attacks. I'm reading this right now on court staff after the ex president has just disparashed his law. Clerk anger On said that violations of his order would be would lead to swift, meaningful sanctions. I am just so fucking tired right of Donald Trump being given pass after pass lee, way after leeway on his insightful, violent behavior. Because the thing that we have to understand right now, folks, is that Donald

Trump's behavior and his verbal rhetoric right is escalating. It's escalating because this case that is happening right now in New York City is the one that Donald Trump cares about the most. And I will tell you why. Is it Because his entire fucking image, the lie that he is woven about himself being the wealthiest, being the smartest,

being the best business man, being. The eye alone can fix this man right all hinges on Donald Trump's financial success, Well, Judge and Goern has already confirmed what Tis James claimed, which is that he is a fucking fraud, that he has ballooned right his holdings, that he is lied about how much his businesses are worth, that he's lied about square footage, that he's just lied right and inflated his work by some two three billion dollars in some cases.

Now many folks will say, well, what does that even matter? Right, He's not going to go to jail, So what difference does it make? And people are allowed to quote unquote exaggerate not when it comes to getting loans and deals by banks that often you know will deny you and I, right, and my black brothers and sisters from getting access to loans. But with Donald Trump, they think that they are getting not only his business but any of his wealthy friends businesses,

which bode well for everyone. But when you are lying about the value of said thing and then you are getting money measured against that lied ass value, yeah, that's criminal. And so while the guilty verdict for that is not going to be jail time, many in the business community have said that this is like the fucking depth now, because if Donald Trump is not able to do business in New York and neither are his sons, right this place that has his name on buildings, which, by the way,

what we are learning donald Trump does not own. Donald Trump has been doing business by licensing his name. Now, why are you able to license your name for so much?

Because his name has always been associated with wealth and success. Right, so if I have a Trump tower or Trump golf course, or any of these things that I am associated with that wealth and success, Well, thus far this judge has already ruled he's a fucking fraud and needs to dissolve his LLCs that are in his name and in the names of his sons and the other people that are being tried right now in a New York City courtroom.

And his stupid fucking lawyers didn't do their basic paperwork, probably because they're juggling so much shit in the air at the same time that they don't know which way they're whether they're coming or going at this point, and so they didn't put in the paperwork to get a journey trial. Instead, they're gonna face the same judge that Donald Trump turned around, left the courtroom and cursed out in his press conference, Turn right back around, go back

in the courtroom like nothing ever happened. What world are you able to do that? To additionrict attorney, to a judge, to a law clerk, and you leave in that courthouse and it's not in shackles. It doesn't make any fucking sense. Right, And so at this point, this is why I say, these judges are waiting for somebody to be killed, right, for somebody to take Donald Trump up on his word that the DA needs to be getting rid of. Right, Lindsey Graham took to fucking broke ass Twitter and said, oh,

this will this judge needs to be handled. What does that mean, lindsay, right, how are you gonna handle this judge? Right? Are you gonna handle them with a car bomb, You're gonna handle them with a knife, You're gonna handle them with the gun? What do you mean by handle this judge?

That is following the rule of law. But this is the type of rhetoric that has become part of our world normal political discourse over the last eight years under Trumpism, that these motherfuckers are going to continue to escalate in their violent rhetoric, hoping much in the same way that Donald Trump said on that stage, Russia, are you listening? He is hoping that one of his many minions is in fact listening and will take out this judge, or take out the DA or any number of das law

clerks whomever. In my humble opinion, Donald Trump should not be put in front of anybody's jury. You've already seen in Georgia, they have authored the judge in Georgia has now said that none of the names location of the jurors will be released to the public. They're going against

their own laws. Why because they are getting ready to try apparently the nation's biggest fucking mobster, and they are worried about the safety of those jurors, much like Angron was just now worried about the safety of his law clerk. And let me just pause real quick, because again this is breaking news. As I'm pre recording this, fucking MSNBC just reposted the picture that is on this law clerk's instagram.

Dear Cable News, please stop falling for the same bullshit that you spell for in twenty sixteen and again in twenty twenty. Why would you repost that woman's picture all over Cable news. There's only some handfuls of crackpot, maybe a couple of million, that followed Donald Trump on his broke ass social media platform. By you now reposting on cable news. Now all other cable news outlets are going to read post, and that fucking woman's face is going

to be everywhere. So who is doing her a disservice? Donald Trump, for certain, But you are aiding and abetting a fucking criminal that is trying to get someone killed. Why is that not logical to you? I don't know. I tell you folks that it is. You know, we are in such a sad state of affairs right now, right where we recognize that Donald Trump, as the walls close in on him, is going to act increasingly erratic,

which makes him increasingly dangerous. And the fact is that we keep pretending as if the Republican Party and Donald Trump are not one and the same. The other day, Joy Reid said, have we reached the end of politics? Right? In this two party system where we no longer have two viable parties that are interested in upholding the constitution

and the rule of law. There are no agreed upon political norms anymore, because they are a fascistic, white supremacist, violent cult that won't even do the bare minimum to denounce political violence and rhetoric, they egg it on. So when you know all of this and you see all of these things, and then you put Donald Trump in a courtroom and then put him in front of a microphone, it's like we're all just buying time, waiting for the other shoe to drop. And frankly, folks, that's no fucking

way to live, right, just waiting for the headline. And it says that there has been another mass shooting that is at the hands of MAGA and they took out members of the courts, right that there's been a person that has been detained, you know, or killed because they went after one of the judges or one of the das.

The world that we are living in has an eighty something year old public servant, doctor Fauci, in a position where he has to pay for his own safety and security right and can't open his own mail or go out on his front porch to pick up a package because it needs to go through security screening first. That's what happened to the man that tried to help us through a pandemic because of Donald Trump and Fox News. We've already heard write what happened in Georgia to Shaye

Moss and Ruby Freeman. We now also heard, most recently from General Mark Millie and what will happen to him now that he has no longer joined chiefs of Staff and is retired. He now has a crosshairs on his back. It is just a matter of time, folks, before one of these ticking time bombs goes off. And I pray that it doesn't look like January sixth, but unclear. And you know, the thing is, again, if this were a mobster, if this were any other person, and this is not

even whiteness at this point. This is privilege power, right, This is the power of like having been the former president of the United States and being given every opportunity to level set and change course in your behavior and you just deciding to say fuck you and everyone around you because there is no there's nothing that is happening to you except for these limited gag orders continuing in your footsteps. I just you know it is I don't know, it's real wild though, That's what I will say. It

is real, real wild. It's just so infuriating, right, and I'm gonna switch gears in a minute, but it is just so infuriating where we find ourselves, folks. And you know, nearly a decade, nearly a decade of this shit that shows no signs of slowing. It's just getting worse and

worse and worse as time goes on. Switching gears. As of this recording, there is debate happening on the House floor for Matt Gates, who made a motion to vacate the speaker and get rid of Kevin McCarthy, and Democrats have decided to band together because Kevin McCarthy came out of both sides of his mouth talking about as soon as Democrats helped divert the shutdown, this is all democrats fault and I'm not dealing with Democrats. I'm only gonna

deal with my own caucus. That's not how fucking the world works, and that surest fuck is not how government works, you know, as mister Clyburn said most recently, the assystem, as he said, the country is not just filled with Republicans,

as much as they would love it to be. So it is filled with Democrats, independents, some people who don't vote at all and are not affiliated with any party, you still govern them, though, But neither Donald Trump, nor Kevin McCarthy, nor the entirety of their Republican Party seem to get that, because I don't understand how you think that you get things done in government if not through bipartisan fashion when you do not have a super majority.

Don't get it. But that is happening, and you know, it looks like Democrats are going to continue to ban together and not bail out Kevin McCarthy, and frankly, I say,

fuck him. I don't care what kind of chaos this cause is and how it looks to the rest of the country, because what it should look like is that when Republicans are given power, they either drive our coon me over a cliff or they just divulge into absolute fucking chaos, which goes to show you that they shouldn't be have even given the opportunity to seize power in the first fucking place. Oh my god, this country is

so exhausting, it really is. And I'm just like, you know, it's like the more that you learn, the more that you know, the more you realize how fucking backwards things have been and how much how little foresight the forefathers of this country had it right because their assumption was that there will always be checks and balances, there would always be political norms, and no one would ever ascend to the executive branch who wasn't like, I don't know,

morally and intellectually like a stute and had the best interests of the country in mind. And it's so confusing because I'm like, you fled right England to come to the United States, to pillage, to rape, to destroy the tribal nations that were here, all because you wanted to flee from the king. So why then would you think to yourself, the king is the least of your problems. It's really about a dictatorship and authoritarianism, and we never

saw that fucking coming wild. But friends, here the fuck we are, and this Republican Party gets their hands on any goddamn thing, we're done, you know, And there is no way around saying that, Like, it's not hyperbolic, it's fucking facts. And if Democrats are not able to articulate this message, which frankly just should be fucking clear as day at this point, I don't know, I don't know, but I got to tell you that I don't want a limited gag order on Donald Trump. I want Donald

Trump in jail. I want the gag order to be like he is not allowed on social media at all during the course of this trial, not during jury selection, not during any like nothing, and so you know, until we get to that place. And sure, he'll turn himself into a martyr, that's what he does. But the fact is is that his actions are dangerous and he is just waiting for that one crackpot to be like, I'll do anything for Donald Trump. I'll go down a hero.

I'll be a patriot and take matters into their own hands that I do not want to see because I think that it's avoidable. But only time will tell.
