Fuck it too, And I want to start off right here in New York with New York City Mayor Eric Adams, so you all

may be aware. You may be aware of the fact that tragically, on a subway in New York City, a unhoused man by the name of Jordan Neely was suffocated to death in a chokehold by a marine who held Jordan Neely in a choke hold for fifteen minutes until he died because he was on the subway, probably having

an emotional mental health breakdown. As many people who live in New York City or have ever traveled to New York City are very aware of the fact that, yes, homelessness is a major problem in this city, as is mental illness by those who are not able to get the kind of care that they need. And when you are on a subway, and there are numerous homeless, unhoused individuals who are on the subways because it's where it's warm,

it's where it's relatively safe. And you know, particularly during the pandemic, when people were not actually taking the subways, they became overrun with a lot of unhoused individuals. And so, if you live in New York City, we're fucking used to this. You go about your business. You either help that individual if you are a good Samaritan, You put in your earbuds if you don't want to be bothered. But this marine took it upon himself to kill a man, to take his life in broad daylight. And so why

am I saying fuck it to Mayor Eric Adams. Well, let me tell you, I don't know, other than video evidence, the amount of pictures that have been in circulation of this egregious, horrible incident, this murder that took place, why Mayor Eric Adams would find it in himself to issue a statement that says that he doesn't want to rush to judgment until all information is in and that the

man who killed Jordan Nearly has yet to be arrested. Now, the outrage in New York City is absolutely growing, and people are protesting, They're taking to subway stations and protesting because why Because I am more fearful of a quote unquote marine that has used their training to kill an innocent man in broad daylight than I am of an

unhoused individual having an emotional mental breakdown. And I got to tell you that for this mayor, who has he rode into this position because because of talking about the rampant crime in New York City and how he was going to issue in an error of law and order. Sound familiar and this is coming from a fucking supposed Democrat, But mind you, this motherfucker didn't become a democrat until when it was convenient for him In the early two thousands.

It's really I want to read to you this statement that was issued because I want to shout out Alexandriro Cassio Cortez, Representative Alexandrio Cassio Cortez, who has been keeping this in the front of our consciousness. Mayor Adams said this quote, any loss of life is tragic. There's a lot we don't know about what happened here. Let me

pause right there. We have video, we have eyewitnesses, we have now the report from the medical Examiner that has issued a report saying that Jordan nearly died of a homicide. I'll go on with what he wrote. However, we do know that there were serious mental health issues in play here, which is why our administration has made record investments in what cuts to things that people need in this city.

Because that's exactly what Mayor Adams has done. And I need all elected officials and advocacy groups to join us in prioritizing getting people the care that they need. But in the meantime, we're going to allow for vigilantes to go around choke holding and killing anyone that they don't like or find to be a nuisance. As they're making their commute. That's kind of the asterisk at the bottom

of that fucking statement. So for that reason, for this statement, and as of this taping, the man who committed murder on a subway in New York City to not have been arrested charged, I say fuck you and fuck it

to Mayor Eric Adams, who's next on my list? While keeping it local for a hot minute, let me tell you about another New Yorker and this is according to The Independent, Kathleen Cassillo, fifty three years old, was facing seven years in prison for actions that she took back in twenty twenty when she decided to drive her car into a Black Lives Matter protest that was taking place

in Midtown Manhattan. This fucking woman, because of a deal, and even the New York Post called it a quote sweetheart deal, will not only not face any jail time whatsoever for her attempted murder of Black Lives Matter protesters, but she, in just a slap in the face to justice,

will receive just five hours of community service. What the fuck is New York The state of Florida, where Ron DeSantis passed legislation to make the Hiculer commicide a okay, so long as you're running over a person that I believe you know, in our constitution still has the right to assemble and to protest, but not in the state of Florida and apparently not in the state of New

York either. Kathleen Cassio is abhorrent. The decision by the prosecutors to give her a quote unquote break is abhorrent. And the reason why we continue to have incidents of violence against peaceful protesters is because of bullshit like this. You can apparently do again, so long as you are white, you can do whatever the fuck you want and there

are no repercussions whatsoever. So to this, to the prosecutors, to Kathleen Cassio, I say fuck you and fuck it, because my God, really really coming up next on my list, because y'all, there's just so much. There's so much, And do you know who just is becoming too goddamn Mutt Clarence Thomas, Clarence fucking Thomas, who I am tired of

talking about. But boy, if there is anyone you know, aside from Hillary Clinton, that we should have listened to about a grifting sexual predator, it was Anita Hill when she tried in vain to tell America exactly who Clarence Thomas was, what kind of man that Clarence Thomas is, And instead of the Senate Judiciary Committee, which at the time was chaired by our now President Joe Biden, instead of listening to her, they put Anita Hill on trial.

Well because of their decision not to once again listen to a woman, let alone a black woman. In these United States, we as a nation are suffering under the judgments of Clarence Thomas, who, by recuit, by record, by virtue of all of the things that he has been able to do over the last several decades, shouldn't have his job. And why is that? Well, Roywood Junior said

it best at the White House Correspondence dinner. Who was so easy and so cheap to buy a Supreme Court justice in the way that billionaire Harlan Crow has been

able to do so? By more reporting by Pro Publica, they had now discovered the fact that Clarence Thomas's adoptive son nephew family member was having their very expensive private school education paid for by the one and only, Yep, you guessed it, Harlan fucking Crow, who reportedly paid out some one hundred and fifty thousand dollars to send this

young person to school who is related to Clarence Thomas. Now, just to date, what we know is that Harlan Crowe has bought Clarence Thomas's childhood home, that his mother still lives in rent free, that he has given his young little justice influencer Clarence Thomas multiple half million dollar or more lavish vacations, trips on private jets, trips on yachts.

That the grip thing just continues. Now, what I find really fascinating here is, of course, you know, when asked to come in before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chief Justice Roberts said, ah nah, I'm good and sent it along instead a copy of the ethics rules that suppose justices are meant to follow, which they clearly do fucking not.

And I gotta say The Onion did it best with an article that they put out where it states that the Supreme Court, the Onion being the satirical paper, the Supreme Court is no longer just going to wear fancy black robes, but they're also going to adorn themselves with gold crowns fitted with rubies and make people that come before the court, dance for them, and then maybe if they like that said dance that then they will, you know,

move forward with hearing of cases. Essentially, right, America, our legal system, our constitution doesn't matter, because we are just a bunch of court gestures that are here to placate the whims and the needs and the desires of the Supreme Justices that rule over this magical land we call America. The accuracy of the onions reporting cannot be lost when you have a Supreme Court just there that is beholden

to absolutely nobody. When you have a feckless Democratic Party that isn't going to use this continue leak of all the ways in which Clarence Thomas has bought and sold as a way to campaign to expand the court as a way to showcase the entire grift of the Republican Party and the way that they've been able to manipulate

our justice system. That it isn't just about Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell being able to steal Supreme Court seats, but that you have the likes of Harlan Crowe who sit with and are chummy with Leonard Leo, who have redesigned the Court in their own ideological makeup and desires, and they have a little puppet that they have purchased to be able to actualize their white supremacists, white Christian evangelical fantasies, and ain't nobody gonna check me boo is

basically how the Chief Justice John Roberts is walking around these days. I could give a fuck less about all of this leaking if at the end of it, no one turns off the fucking faucet, do you know what

I'm saying? Like, if all at the end of this is just gonna be a continued outrage over the fact that we know that the Supreme Court justice and other justices are bought and sold and nothing is actually going to happen that I don't really give a fuck, right, but my god, you know, the more that you learn about America, the more that you learn about our crumbling institutions that have been held up as a you know, beacon to the world, man, the more I just feel

like I've been gas lit since birth in believing this country to be something that it is so so sorely not. Americas have been at a republic. We have these titles like Supreme Court like the Department of Justice, like the presidency, that can all be fucking used for a grift. And what we realize is what we were taught as having checks and balances, we're really just suggestions because who is checking the Supreme Court. It's not the Senate Judiciary, it's

not the executive branch. So when we appoint these motherfuckers to lifetime appointments, we're just assuming what that they're above reproach, that they're above the grift and greed. Are we fucking

kidding ourselves. It's the same thing that we thought about the presidency until, of course, the grifter in chief, Donald Trump, entered into the White House, and then you realize that basically the Constitution of the United States is the suggestion for those that are willing and have the desire to

follow it. But for those that choose to say bucket, they can just continue on their merry way, because again, there is no check and there is no balance, except, of course, if you're looking at the checks that Clarence Thomas and Donald Trunk have been able to catch on their fucking positions, y'all, I you know it is the rules. The laws were intended to keep the middle class, the working class, the poor, black, Indigenous people of color in check.

That is it. If you have the complexion for the protection, if you have the network of powerful, rich white men behind you, you can do whatever the fuck you want. And it's like, people of color and people from marginalized communities have always known this, But to rub it in our faces in the fucking way that Harlan Crow and Clarence Thomas and Donald Trump and Antony Scalia and others

have been able to do is just fucking wild. It really is absolutely wild to think about how our Supreme Court, how our justice system has been manipulated and played with like a toy by these multi billionaires. It's extraordinary. It's extraordinary. And Clarence Thomas doesn't recuse himself from things that he should not be presiding over, like the January sixth insurrection, has the power to change every single person's life in this country at a whim, and he's a fucking puppet.

It's it's it's it's absolutely unbelievable. So for that, I say fucket to Clarence Thomas. I say fuck it to Harlan Crow, but I say fuck it to Democrats who still believe that shaming people who are shameless that trying to appeal to oh, well, their legacy. Legacy doesn't matter for people who are racing history books. By the time it's all said and done, fucking Clarence Thomas will be on Mount Rushmore, right, because in America we create monuments

to those that attempt to overthrow the government. Uugh, yeah, it's it's wild. It's it's it's it's truly we are I don't even know, you know, on most days, I honestly run out of things to say, because it is really wild the place that we find ourselves in America. To close out in a bit of good ish news,

because it's not completely good. But Enriek Tario Uh who is the chairman, who's a longtime chairman of the Proud Boys, along with Ethan Norden, Joseph Biggs, and Zachary Rell, were found guilty on Thursday, according to CNN Politics and others, on seditious conspiracy and a range of other charges, including three separate conspiracy charges, obstructing the electoral College, and the

tampering with evidence. These four have been on trial because of their involvement in the January sixth insurrection and now the charge, which you know, as you have heard, is very difficult to define and to reach a guilty charge on have all been found guilty as of this recording.

There is another person, a fifth defendant, Dominic Pizzola, who was found not guilty of seditious conspiracy after the jury returned for more for several more hours of deliberation on Thursday, And unlike the other defendants in this trial, according to CNN Politics, Pizzola is not alleged to have a leadership position in the organization and was inactive in Proud Boys'

group chats. This is another big deal because this is yet another conviction of folks who found themselves wrapped up in the tactical side of attempting to overthrow our elections. And all of this came at the behest of the former twice in peach president who is now indicted on thirty four felony charges for fraud, all at his behest of telling these same groups, the Proud Boys and the Oathkeepers,

to quote, stand back and to stand by. We have yet to see or hear if through the investigation ongoing investigation that Jack Smith is at the helm of special Counsel Jacksmith at the Department of Justice, if the head of the snake is going to be indicted on federal charges with regard to his attempt to overthrow an election, because if the men on the ground, if the boots on the ground, are being convicted of seditious conspiracy, my feeling is that the man who told them to commit

said conspiracy should also be fucking charged. But that is yet to be decided as we sit around and wait for another god knows another two years, another three years, another four years, because I don't think that our democracy can take it right. Because if Donald Trump, who shouldn't have been able to run for office again, because if he had been impeached, if the Republicans had done their fucking job, he wouldn't have been able to run for

office again. But here we are. So what do you think happens if Donald Trump becomes president again and is elected in twenty twenty four or anointed by the Republicans like Greg Abott, who just passed legislation that his hand picked secretary of State can decide the election for one of the third largest counties in the state if he doesn't like you know, the way that democracy works for instance, the legislative insurrection is ongoing across this country, so we

don't have to just depend on whether or not millions more of Americans will decide to vote for Donald Trump, because there are plenty of Secretaries of States that are willing to break the law and give him the election to begin with. So what do you think is going to happen to what's left of our supposed agencies? They're going to be gutted. So Jack Smith, Merrick, fucking Garland Ding Ding Ding, We're running out of time and have been.

So it is yet to be seen whether or not the man who directed these groups who are now have been found guilty. I think more than a thousand people have been found guilty and have anywhere from jail times to fines for their involvement in the insurrection, But the

architects of the insurrection still walking around scot free. So I guess, you know, we can have a little bit of celebration relief that Enrique Tario and others ah have been found guilty, But I'm still waiting for the whale, you know what I'm saying, not just these little fucking fish.
