decorum is what the Republican Party wants. Give me a fucking break, Susan Collins us saying that, oh, well, I you know, then I'll just go down to votes in a bikini, bitch, do it. I don't give a fuck, and neither do the American people, because it is clearly not about what you are wearing. It is about how you are voting and what the fuck it is that you were saying. Right, So miss me with the oh, well,

this is a dignified body. No, it is not. If it was a dignified and deliberative body, then guess what it would have done when it had two opportunities. It would have voted to impeach Donald Trump because it would have put the country ahead of its part and power. But you all didn't do that. Right. You have members of your party that are giving hand jobs at family theater events. Right. You have members of your party that

have been investigated for sex trafficking. Right. You have members of your party that find no problem in screaming down and shouting down the President of the United States at the State of the Union. Right. You have a leader of your party that talks about grabbing women by the pussy, that is going around to his rallies and signing women's boobs. I'm pretty sure Abraham Lincoln wouldn't have done that. So miss me with your fucking idea around decorum and what

it means to be a dignified body. You don't even know how to be a dignified fucking party. Okay with the riff rap gutter rats that you have allowed to take over, Miss me with it. You saw that on the House floor during those fifteen those fourteen failed votes for that fish, that's your price, Speaker of the House, that two members of Congress almost came fist to blows. But this is the party that wants the lecturers on Decora, Fox News wants to run segments about suits. Give me

a break, friends. It's like it's as if they think all of us are stupid, right, that we are just sitting around and just believe the words that are coming out of coming out of their mouths as opposed to the actions that they display on a regular basis. We had a member just recently want to attack Merrick Garland write and say that he slow walked investigations on Hillary Clinton and slow walked on Hunter Biden, but went full

speed ahead on Donald Trump. And the insurrectionists were filled with people pushing baby cards and they were just good citizens and tourists that wanted their country to do better for them. Bitch, shut up Republicans please stop rewriting what it is that we all saw with our own you fucking eyes. And you're right about one thing. Yeah, Marrey Garland does slow walk. Because the reason why that we have an insurrectionist at the top of the ticket right now is because he decided to not start investigating him until last fucking year two years have passed, right, and was hoping maybe Donald Trump won't run for president, so I won't have to do my job. So that's the only thing that you're right about. But talking about the the insurrectionists being filled with people that were pushing babies, right, that were just

This Republican Party has zero decorum, has zero class, has zero tact and zero care about democracy or this country. So you can distract with all of your talk around what it

is that people are wearing. I care more about what people are doing or not doing, and the people inside of this Republican Party, what they are doing is continuing on with their coup to undo American democracy, continue on with their desire to not only police the wombs of people, but also police their movement. Right that are making it sure that if you're right child is raped, that they have absolutely no recourse right that they believe. You know that any child is a gift from God, right doesn't

matter the trauma that they were born out of. These are the same people that are taking books off of the shelf and saying that your kids are not old enough to be uncomfortable with this history, but with this country's past history, but you're old enough to be named a mother at ten years old, which was an actual case of a young girl that was raped at ten years old, had to leave her state so that she could go to another one to get an abortion, not old enough to read a book, but old enough to

breastfeed and be a mother. That's the Republican Party, right want to keep people with uteruses under educated in a house, locked in to motherhood, no opportunities and no pathway out. I just and so when I see this story, like, I couldn't not say anything about it because on its face it's ridiculous, But it also goes to show you the blatant hypocrisy that these people still believe in their minds that they're the ones that are dignified, that they're the ones that are the grown ups in the room.

When you allowed the clowns to run the circus, right like, you lost all credibility. When Marjorie Taylor Green is your mascot for Republican morality, you've lost all credibility. You got Kevin McCarthy right now, who everyone is writing articles about the fact that he is failing because we thought he was going to succeed. He failed fourteen times before he could get it up write the votes. So give me a break, because we thought that he was going to

be some type of memorable and powerful speaker. I don't think so. But if we have a government shutdown, which it's looking more and more likely that that is going to happen. It is going to arrest, surely on the shoulders of Kevin McCarthy for his inability to get his caucus together because he gave the keys to the car to the Freedom Caucus. The Freedom Caucus doesn't give a fuck about freedom. The Freedom Caucus doesn't also give a

fuck about law and order. The Freedom Caucus doesn't give a fuck about the American public or also making good on our debts. The Freedom Calcus cares a lot about Hunter Biden's laptop, though, and trying to bring down President Biden. Here's the thing that I want people to understand and just know. They've been investigating Hunter Biden for five years, five years, and they came out with some trumped up charges that are politicized because anyone else wouldn't be charged,

but because he's a Biden, he's being charged. But because Jared Kushner right, and Evanka Trump are associated with Donald Trump, they can't be charged, even though they were members of the actual administration that they gripped it off of and got two billion dollars from the Saudis. Republicans don't want an investigation into Trump, who is blatantly crimbing up and

down this motherfucking block. Right, But five years you got more than enough time, more than enough taxpayer dollars to come up with something, and you come up with bupkis You come up right with the Department of Justice coming out and saying that they're going to charge him with some gun charges that they know are flabby because they were already thrown out in court someplace else that said whether or not somebody has been on drugs apparently is not an issue with them having a firearm and goes

against their Second Amendment rights. But that's the charge that the Department of Justice came out with, why because of pressure from the right. So folks, you know, we see these things, right, and we see these stories and we get caught up in them. And I appreciate uh Senator John Fetterman being like, you know, fuck this group, these bunch of jag offs is what he called them. And I was just like, you know what, I got to agree. I don't care what people wear. I don't I care

what they do. Right, you want to go and cast a vote in a fucking bikini in a two to two in a you know, in a scuba suit. I don't give a fuck so long as the votes that you were casting are about progressing and not depressing or opressing the American public. So that is basically all of my fuckets. before I move into my feeling portion of Friday. But the other piece, friends, is this Rupert Murdoch has announced that he is stepping down from his post that he's held to destroy the minds of Fox viewers over the last seventy years. Seventy years, this man has been funneling absolute lies and bullshit, and now, at the end of his life, his network has been slapped with I don't even know how many lawsuits at this point. Right, they've

already had to pay out nearly a billion dollars. And I would love, I would love Rupert Murdoch to live long enough to see that god forsaken network go absolutely bankrupt. That's what I want, right, That's what I want. I don't want. I don't even want them to be shut down, you know, or regulated because they want to use Oh, it's free speech. It's free speech to lie to the

American people. No, I don't care about that. I want the whole place to be shuddered because they are bankrupt from paying out to all of the people that they have lied on. That's what I want to see. And you know, he passes his evil wand down to his son Lachlan Lackey that we can call him, because that's what he is, is his father's Lackey, right, Who's going to carry the torch of right wing extremism, white supremacy and lies. Evil's shoes moving on though, folks. I posted this image on my Instagram yesterday that was probably one of the most beautiful images I had seen, shot from a storm in Arizona. And if you go to my Instagram at D two sense dee twcnts, you see this shot of a gray sky with two major lightning bolts coming down to the ground and it meets a rainbow. The lightning bolt actually meets a rainbow. And when I saw the image I first saw it on Heavy Discussions Instagram page.

I was just in awe this lightning bolt in the midst of this storm meeting a rainbow, and it was such a perfect visual representation of the times that we are living in. And what I put in my caption was essentially that this is the visual representation of the violent tempest that we are living in. Whether you are in the United States, you are in Europe, you are in a country on the continent of Africa, you are

in Asia, anywhere things are not trending well. Climate crises are headline issues every day, earthquakes, floods, fires that are taking thousands, thousands of people's lives in an instant, shootings right that are taking people's lives in an instant. And yet the picture to me is also a reminder that all storms don't last. And I forget whether it was Maya Angelou or Tony Morrison who said that eventually storms will run out of rain and you will see a

brighter day. And I think that what is important to consistently keep in mind as we navigate really rough, rough emotional terrain. I don't even know how to put it into words, but many of you folks that listen to the shows commented under my Instagram picture saying that they are struggling, they are struggling to center joy, they are

struggling to find joy. Many of you posted underneath this video my patrons that said that, you know, they know that it's important, but it's a struggle and it is Joy requires intention, right, it requires us on a daily basis, particularly when we have so many things like just biting at our feet, to find the things that we truly love that sustain us. Because I'm going to tell you,

friends that rage alone, anger alone is not sustainable. I am learning that every single day that you can only hold the hate, the anger, the frustration for so long the weight becomes too hard to bear. You gotta put it down. So that picture, for me, was this beautiful visual representation of the fact that we are in the midst of a storm. But at the end of the storm, the sky's clear, the sun does come back out again.

But you have to be, as my mother says to me, your own side unshine in the midst of the storm. You have got to be your own ray of light in this darkness, whatever that looks like for you. But I'm telling you, if you are struggling, just know that I am right there along with you. There are days when I finish recording and I am in tears, and I sit right here in front of my computer and I weep. There are interviews that I've had to get

off of quickly after. I thank the people for their time because the stories that they are sharing are heartbreaking. We feel because we are human, because we care, because we want to be of surface, right, we want to be of service, I should say, and not on the surface. And so know that you are not alone in your struggle,

and that joy requires intentionality. Happiness is fleeting. Happiness comes in some moments, some relationships you know, and then it goes, oh, boy, is something that you really right have to plant and sew. So I just want folks to continue to pay attention to what is going on, but also pay attention to what is going on inside of you, because the way that they win is through us feeling hopeless. The way that they win is through us moving through disease into

disease that takes us down and takes us out. And we need all of us to be healthy and whole and healing as we move through this next phase of the world, right, because it's not just the next phase of America. It's the next phase of the world that we are witnessing that we are transitioning in, and it is going to depend on all of us whether that transision is good or bad right or mixed right because

we live in pul polarity.
