Here at Athletic Brewing a lot of folks take part in the process of getting our non-alcoholic beer into your hands. Many of those people, processes and procedures are unique to us because our beer is non-alcoholic. 

Today we’re talking to two people that help make this possible. Zoe is our Director of Global Quality Assurance and Compliance and Sarah is our Quality Assurance and Sensory Technician. Both of them are instrumental in ensuring our beer is the highest quality it can be in taste and safety for the best drinking experience possible.
