I’ll share the intention behind this podcast. A space where we can truly experience the power that spending some time in our inner world offers us. I’m sharing also how my latest challenge inspired and pull me to speak up and share more about this. Finally, I’m allowing myself to be raw, authentic and natural, normally my limiting pattern is to try to make things perfect… 😂 today I woke up did some stretches and decided to record and be as imperfect as I can… or better said allow myself to just flow in this space… Thanks for being here with me, this is a space for you and me, where we come together to go within and live our truth.
