Similar to other things in our lives, our dreams were kinda synchronistic, and we both felt like we needed to have a full conversation to dissect the meaning of them both. Why do nightmares happen? When are scary things in dreams actually just symbols of something you’re struggling with in waking life? Can you have a dream within a dream? Is it possible to feel guilt in a dream? And how come you don’t always realize when you’re lucid dreaming?!
