Hi there! Today I have the honor of speaking with my wonderful & warm friend, Kelsey McDowell! This conversation veered into a therapy session for us both as we explored our emotional expression, the ways we accept (and don't accept) support in our lives, what it's been like transitioning into adulthood, and whether or not attending UNC was the best decision for us. This conversation was incredibly special, and I have a feeling you'll get that same warm feeling I know Kelsey so well for.
