Episode description

This episode is the perfect way to start your week (and #23 is always 🐐) Today, we have my very good friend Alexis Jamison! AJ and I discussed the perceptions others hold about her emotional expression, her experiences with depression and how it transformed her life, her experience with five siblings (and what it's like being 16 years older than her oldest sibling), and her experiences at UNC. I really enjoyed hearing more about how she infuses her creative side into her passion for service and advocacy. Alexis is truly such a gem, and speaking to her was very grounding (I've already listened to this episode twice!!). I have no doubt that you'll enjoy this one. Anyways, I love you so much and I wish you were here. Talk soon.

Hey there, it's Jai! I've been waiting for you to join me. Welcome to Wish You Were Here, the podcast where we open to each other and cherish human connection. What if I asked, what is it like to be you? Do you know what you'd say?

The guests you'll here from are the people that I most love and adore, and together we explore that very question. Maybe one day you will be next. Now, it's time to dig a little deeper.
