Whether we realize it or not, we are always living a Reiki lifestyle, because we are Reiki! But when we bring conscious awareness to our daily experiences and allow Reiki to flow through them with intention, we level up.
By creating rituals and routines that incorporate Reiki into our day to day lives, we create patterns and connections in our subconscious mind that allow Reiki to become more than something we do during a session- it becomes the way we live our lives.
