Father's Day! The Vocation for Every Man

In Matthew 9:36 we read, "Seeing the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast, like sheep without a shepherd." While fathers celebrate Father's Day with their children, let us see our vocations in the broader sense of being a spiritual father and shepherd to anyone who is searching for help, hope, encouragement, and guidance in our troubled world.
