In this episode of Wings Podcast we will meet Brenda Rodrigues, a pastry cook from Bengaluru currently residing in Toronto, Canada. She calls herself a shy, introvert person who is discovering the courage to get out of her comfort zone to be the person she wishes to be. This very personal and challenging journey is being shaped by her experiences of adapting to new environments, learning & creating new memories and forming new relationships. Brenda currently works as a Supervisor in the pastry department of an Italian restaurant company that has multiple restaurants across Toronto.
