This time, I'd love to go back in time a little bit when we were still allowed to travel, and so I want to focus on a marvelous wine I've purchased on our last Italian holiday. This is one of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs, the Sanct Valentin from St. Michael-Eppan. First, I'd like to talk about the variety and its role in the region, then I'll reward my body with the last drops of this beautiful wine and share my tasting notes with you.
