Leading 300 employees with God in the Vision and Values with Josh Wildman, CEO of Wildman Business Group
Episode description
Today’s episode with Josh Wildman will push you to live out your faith more both at work and at home.
Josh is CEO of a company with 300 people and they’ve got God in their vision statement! This is a sensitive topic in today's cancel culture, so our conversation was very eye opening to me, so I am confident you will find it of value as well.
Josh also shares some stories of how he listens too God and takes bold moves based on what he’s hearing. For example, Josh took a three-month sabbatical in 2019 and we discuss what that looked like and how he leads differently now that he’s back.
We have some Enneagram discussions (he’s an Enneagram #8, so we discuss "control" a lot). We also discuss the importance of vision and values with your employees.
This episode is filled with a lot of good tactical steps, but will also push you to live out your faith more.
In this episode, you’ll discover…
- What is the key train to win at home and at work? (2:58)
