Often, we feel like a roommate is more our competition, but really most pageant women just want to love and be loved. You've heard the scary stories of nair in shampoo, ripping zippers out, or hogging all the closet space. Crazy stuff does happen, but this isn't the norm. However, competition and exhaustion and the emotional rollercoaster of pageantry often brings out the worst in people. So, you'll have to actively prepare to be a good friend and earn a good friend in your pageant roommate.
