This last year I made a very conscious effort to stay off Twitter, instagram and Facebook. It was just too distracting. I was successful but I simply switched it to positive influences like podcasts and YouTube videos of Eckart Tolle and Abraham Hicks. So I was still consuming, still distracting... which defeated my purpose to create.... This year will be a whole new ball game...how about for you?
