So much of weight loss is unlearning old habits, beliefs and patterns. When we come into it with our old baggage, its hard to learn new things— our old beliefs are rock solid. When we're able to drop our old identites, like, "It's hard for me to lose weight", "I've never been able to do this", or "Why does this have to be so hard?", we allow for a new space of learning and growth.
