Jay Rankin saw it all as a doorman at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Working the graveyard shift, Jay saw a side of Vegas they don't advertise in magazines, and he learned a lot about people by seeing them at their best and their worst. Jay's taken these experiences and written about them in his book Under the Neon Sky. It's a fascinating read and we're not just saying that because Jay was on our show.
