Episode description

Not all of productivity is active creation. AND some is co-creation. Our society prioritizes doing doing doing but I reject it + show you in this episode a different way to think about and relate to productivity.

Listen in to hear:

  • What productivity is and isn't
  • An example of non-toxic productivity in farming + gardening (truly transformational idea)
  • How to get yourself to do things when your default is to do nothing - and why you're not  lazy or wrong or bad
  • Why resting is resting and not productive (yes I've gone back on my own words - evolution of thought is wonderful)
  • Why leaning into your capacity is so much more important than just producing producing producing
  • How so much of art happens in the liminal space, lean in
  • You will not hear in this episode "How to be more productive" but you will hear why not
  • How to explore your capacity

Prioritize your day to day, your lived experience over what + how much you produce. Productivity is neutral - but our societal view of it is mostly toxic. This episode is a different take on how we can relate to productivity taking our own capacity into account. It's a love letter from my heart. 💚
