78. Stop Losing Time

Or your wallet. Today I'm talking about a tool I use with myself and my clients to gain awareness and create ACTUAL (and often instant) change.

- not lying to yourself about your memory so you can actually remember next time
- how to gain awareness when you "lose time" (i.e. "I just don't know where the time went" "I don't even know what I was doing")
- why, again, hoping is not creating the change you want and what to do instead
- why your patterns keep repeating and what to do about it
- why your brain can be a jerk and sabotage you, and why it's not your fault!
