once something is on your to-do list or your calendar, it will just get done. right? well.... not if you don't "feel" like right? wrong! here's all my tips for how to still get things done even if you don't feel like it!
some questions to ask yourself in the moment:
- why don’t i want to do it?
- do i like my reasons?
- if i don’t do it now, what are the consequences?
- am i ok with that?
- why did i want to do it in the first place?
- what is the result if i do *do* it now?
- do i like that more than not doing it?
- is it possible to break up the task and get it done in chunks?
- is there something i’d rather be doing that i can schedule for after i get this done?
- is there something i could do instead right now but also get this done later?
